Summer Reading 2010 Puzzle/Activity Instructions

Each week for 6 weeks there will be a set of activity sheets for summer reading participants. One will be easier (up to 3rd grade) and one will be harder (4th grade-6th grade.) 3rd graders can do the harder one if they want to try. However, only one set of puzzles per person will be put in the drawing for a prize. The themes of the puzzles will be ANIMALS and “GO GREEN”

One winner from each age group will be randomly chosen from all COMPLETED and CORRECT entries. The winner will receive an assortment of prizes. You can look at our display case for what you might win each week.

Rules:

• Take an activity sheet
• Fill in all answers completely!
• Return by Monday morning of each week. Except for July 5 which is a holiday. Return on July 6

Winners will be picked every Monday afternoon! (except for Tuesday July 6th)
