Celtic Musician Jeff Snow Returns for St. Patrick's Day

Celebrate St. Patrick's Day at the Library with Jeff Snow and his presentation of "The Softer Side of Celtic."   Jeff plays the guitar, autoharp and bouzouki, and also can also find his way around a drum set and most of the percussion family.

He's a talented multi-instrumentalist who shares the music, and the stories behind the music, of Scotland, Ireland and England. The magical sounds from the instruments coupled with vocals and Jeff's love and knowledge of his Scottish heritage create a delightful program of traditional and original tunes and songs. You'll see singing, laughing, lots of smiles and perhaps a few tears as we travel through time.  Jeff's music has been described as “quiet and relaxing.” Much of it is, but every once in a while he breaks out and the foot stomping begins.

Registration is required for this program due to COVID-19 seating limitations. Please call 508/946-2470 or email Reference/Adult Services Librarian Libby Fox at lfox@sailsinc.org.

This program is supported by a grant from the Middleborough Cultural Council, a local agency, which is supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency.
